Our Company

RGW Development concentrates on the development, ownership, construction and management of commercial projects for its own account. RGW is operated by Rob Wildermuth, head of company Development, includes three (3) Property Managers led by Lisa Zeek, and a staff Architect, Al Ambrosius, for tenant construction projects.

RGW Development began in 1985 under the name K&W Development. The company excelled in third party property management of commercial properties, and the development of over 1,000 residential lots and the construction of custom homes. Projects included the Heatherwoode Golf Course Community in Springboro and Patrick's Glen of Montgomery.

In 2004 we began operations as RGW Development, with a focus on commercial development and re-development and the property management of buildings for our own account. Beginning with a 278,000 square foot office/warehouse complex, Union Commerce Centre (which was sold in 2007), RGW has been one of the tri-state's top developers with several large projects including Crescent Centre (131,000 sf), Commerce Park Plaza (110,000 sf), Oakley Self Storage (81,200 sf) and The Pointe at Union Centre (146,000 sf). RGW has also re-developed several single tenant industrial buildings assembling in excess of 115,000 sf in single tenant buildings throughout the tri-state.

With over 100 years of construction and development experience RGW can develop a project from the ground up, or re-develop existing product that is properly positioned for the market place ensuring the project's success. Our property management and tenant improvement team provides an attention to detail and customer service unparalleled in the Tri-state, quickly meeting tenant needs moving in to a new space, provides for existing tenant needs which results in exceptional tenant retention and maintenance of building value.

All RGW Development projects are developed with a philosophy of retaining ownership as a long term investment. Any project sold is purchased knowing that every detail was attended to with an Owner's care, interest and pride.
